Sadly, I have nothing interesting to post today. VBS started this morning and Annie is so psyched!! She had a great time in the Elementary department as a big kid for the first time. They had a jump day today in the gym and had a ball. She is in class with several friends and seems to be making some new friends.
"The Ella" is miffed to say the least. She asked me as we left Annie this morning, "Why do I have to stay with you? I want to go back. You said I was a big girl 'cause I pee pee in the potty." Poor thing. I think if you can verbalize such a statement you should be old enough to attend VBS. Truth be known, she could have gone had her mother taught or assisted in some way but I look like the good year blimp and just wasn't "feeling it" this year.
Anyway, **************sprinkle, sprinkle, sprinkle**********************from the two fairies who reside at my house and love to dress up (even if they do fight over who gets to wear the wings). Must make a note to buy an extra set of wings at some point to save myself some grief. Today they are Thumbelina and a ballerina depending on when you ask and what outfit is currently on.
