This is my last Spelling Bee post. I promise. Can you tell that this was a big deal to us? We took Annie to the Melting Pot for cheese and chocolate to celebrate. Yummmmmm. She has been wanting to go and acted like a perfect angel while we were there. They asked when I made the reservation if we were celebrating anything special and I just casually mentioned that she had done well in the spelling bee never thinking that they would mention it. Well, the hostess, waitress and even the manager came up to Annie and asked her all about it and told her, "congratulations!" It was so sweet and made a little girl's (and her mommy's and daddy's) night. Annie we are so proud of you and can't wait until the next Bee. Oh and by the way, just call me cheif lazy eye. :)
