I know this is shameless bragging but it's my blog, right? So I'm going to use this post to say how proud I am of Annie. She has read 8 Junie B. Jones chapter books in 2 days. I have quizzed her about each and every one and she has truly read every word. It took her about 4 hours total. She still contends that they are boring (her way of saying that they have no color pictures) but has really enjoyed each of the stories. She starts 1st grade on the 17th of August and is getting excited about the upcoming school year. Annie, we are so proud of you.

What a great little reader!! You must be so proud! Trinity is also a reader and at that age loved the Big Apple Barn series. She loves horses-if you think Annie likes horses or animals you should give them a try. I bet she would read them in no time :)!
